A natural processed coffee from Sidama, this coffee is one slim rotation from spinning wildly out of control with classic flavors of cherry syrup, tamarind and overripe peach. The Amaro Gayo mill is owned and operated by Ms. Asnakech Thomas and is certified organic in Ethiopia.
